There is a newly built dining room facing the large attractive garden at the back. All rooms are en-suite or private facilities. Only eight minutes walk from the Royal Shakespeare Company - RSC Theatre, and a short stroll from the birthplace of William Shakespeare and the historic attractions of Stratford.

Directions

From M40 - Junction 15, follow signs Stratford and A439 local traffic. approx 6 miles. On arriving in Stratford from the M40, continue until you come to the big one way system. Keep in the left hand lane, go past the Leisure Centre and Holiday Inn Hotel on the left, keep left, go over the old Clopton Bridge on the River Avon, 200 yards turn right at the small island (with Shell Petrol station), onto the Shipston Road, we are five hundred yards on the left. Train or Bus - Head towards the town centre and The Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Go over the small footbridge over the River and head towards Shipston road. (Shortcut = walk past The Butterfly farm and follow a treelined footpath for approx five hundred yards. Take short cut down steps and go through the Car Park of The Old Tramway Pub, turn right, and we are 50 yards on the left.
